"Staff are not helpful, or even very kind. Lots of eye rolls from teenagers. Clothes are nice, but be prepared to have struggles in your shopping experience. They closed down all the fitting rooms, so I had to try on clothes over my regular clothes in the middle of the store. They closed down the in-store escalators, so once I went to a new level I couldn’t get back down to get a different size. It’s not a pleasant shopping experience at this particular H&M. But hopefully you’ll leave with something you like! Choosing it and getting it out of the store is what will be a challenge."

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Came to exchange an item WITH THE SAME PRICE and was told to pay almost DOUBLE on top of what I already paid. At first the cashier told me that I wouldn’t have to pay extra as long as the price of the exchange item is the same as the original one. But then she told me I had to pay extra anyway because “I used a coupon online” and they cannot price match the items in store. Kindly asked if she could honor the price considering that’s what I would have paid online anyway and just got turned down because they don’t take coupons in store. ISN’T MY MONEY GOING TO THE SAME COMPANY ANYWAY??? Why would I pay $11 extra on top of a shirt I got for $17 just to get an item of the same price? I might as well just buy a new shirt and keep the other. Wasted my time and gas coming here just to get zero help. I ended up asking for my item back and politely said “thank you” to this cashier, in which she just responded with attitude and silence. Train your staff better H&M, if they cannot handle simple customer service like this girl, find a different job. Edit: Also, do yourself a favor and try out their online app, that way you can actually use the coupons/discounts that H&M offers to their members. Kinda makes no sense that the company gives out these offers themselves but refuse to apply it in store. But try it out and you will be surprised how much money it saves you."

"Good sales! I got in season items for half off, and out of season girl dress for just $2! Spacious clean store, associates will back off to give you space but stay close enough if you need help, the front desk kid saved me 10% by telling me I'll get a coupon if I sign up for emails. This was great!"

"I can never find anything really cute or in style here. Everything including their jewelry and shoes seem super cheaply made. Not only do they feel cheap, but they look super cheap as well. They have some nice deals but none of the items ever appeal to me. Their regular prices are pretty steep for what you get."
