"Can you guys please make it with easy ice one time I order? Never in my life in Bethany have I ever gotten my online drink order in under a minute. Never. But the sun shines on a dogs a$$ once in a while. I’m beyond shocked how fast I got my order, that’s where your 3 stars came from. Make my drinks as ordered and I’ll toss in the other two. When I say easy ice, I want the ice to be gone before the drink is. Now I have a large cup of ice 20 minutes after I ordered & no drink. Gave them another shot but ordered thru the drive thru. The girl made them correct & it was still PDQ."
