"3rd time whithin a few months I get McNuggets and don't get sauce every single time. I order on the app and specifically select BBQ and it shows up on the bags receipt. Of course my fault for noticing till I get home. Who wants to eat nuggets without the sauce:/ Please get your staff together or if the manager is doing it on purpose please stop being cheap lol or you'll lose all your clients"

"So inconsistent. Food is good sometimes... and other times it is bad. Service is constantly terrible, though. Employees are different every month of seems, so no wonder it's so inconsistent. They all seem clueless."

"This is on the way to work for me so some weeks I'll stop 2 or 3 times to pick up breakfast. If they get my order right 1 of those times I'm lucky. I don't know where the disconnect is, but it's happened enough to write a review and I don't write reviews. I have been there 2 times this week. The first time I ordered a meal with a large drink, and an add on. I get to the first window and when the order is read back it's not only the wrong size of drink it's the wrong drink. I ask them to correct it, I see them correct it and it shows on the ticket it's correct. I go to pick up my food and am given a drink that's the wrong size and not what I ordered. I went back this morning, I'm a fool I know, and ordered the same thing. A meal with a large drink and an add-on. It's correct on the speaker, receipt, and I'm charged for it. I am handed everything begin driving away, and once again my add-on is not there. This has happened to me more times at this McDonald's than anywhere else. It's frustrating to pay for things and then not get them or to have your order repeated twice and for it to be wrong. I don't like leaving reviews, I don't want to get people in trouble, but come on this is just silly. The staff is friendly, they always say hello or tell me to have a nice day, so this is not a complaint on that."

"The world has bigger problems, I know. My fries were cold and soggy. The best thing about my purchase was the free water. Idk what's up with this location bc it's always something. Not to mention the attitudes. One lady was nice but overall this just messed with my mood. She told me to bring the fries and receipt, which isn't a problem cause I'm definitely not eating them. But who wants to do all that. It should have been eatable the first time. I'm not wasting gas on dollar menu fries. I hate spending money on poor quality and service."

"We had a wonderful experience here! First off, the playground is huge and my kids (5,3) had a blast and still didn't want to leave after 2 hours of playing. The food was nice, warm, and delicious, there was tons of seating in the play area, and the staff was so kind! Highly recommend this location!"
