"Bring your own water! We stayed at this property twice, a few nights apart. We liked the close proximity to the casino and the fact that they allowed our two small dogs to be in the room with us. The property from the outside appears nice and the lobby and breakfast areas are fine. The rooms are in need of an update. The first room we stayed in had visible mildew in the bathroom along the ceiling, above the tub and around the faucet. The back of the door was rusted and the bathroom door frame was coming apart. The 2nd room had no mildew, but had similar issues with doors and frames. We found a pair of child's underwear behind the desk. The beds were comfortable and mattresses appeared newer. Oddly, the beds are on a solid metal platform that makes a loud bonging noise when you sit down or turn over. But by far the worst problem with this hotel is the water! It is absolutely awful. It has a strong smell and a taste that is just horrible. I only tried it once. I would never have given it to my dogs. The hotel sells bottled water, but in my opinion any property with a water problem this bad should be giving away as many bottles of water to the guests as they want. On the second day I went downstairs and got a cup of hot tea, to which I added cream and sweetener, but I still could not even drink it because of the smell and taste. Otherwise, the property owners are very friendly, all of the staff was very gracious, and everything was okay. The rooms do need an update, some of them much more than others, but overall it was all right except for the water problem. It's hard to believe this is a Wyndham property and they have not fixed this issue."

"BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! The day after checking out of the hotel noticed an additional charge on credit card for $250. Called hotel and Manager was not in so the front desk said the Mgr saw my husband smoking in the stairwell and took off running to my room #. One major problem is we do NOT smoke and my husband has had knee replacement and cannot run. The Manager was supposed to call us and 3 days later I called back and was told the Manager was not in again and to call back tomorrow. I tried to discuss the situation with her but she hung up on me. I am filing a complaint with TX Attorney General and TX Consumer Protection Agency. I have also contacted my Attorney and Credit Card Company. This is not over by any means!!!!!! Now Asst Mgr emailed and said we were banned from the hotel due to my Google review and breaking the rules. At no time has anyone provided a description of the person, give a time the violation occurred or a copy of video to try to resolve the issue. Nope, Guilty as charged now pay the $250."

"We booked this location because we were in town for a concert. We arrived at 4 expecting to be checked in. We were told our room was not cleaned and it would be a 10 min wait. After asking several times for a update we received our room key around 6. The lobby was full of other guest waiting hours to be checked in as well. Our concert was at 7. We arrived late to our concert. I asked to speak with a manager and called several times and was informed unfortunately there is no manager in the building at this time. I asked for a return call and have not heard from them."

"This hotel was awesome. So quiet, very clean and had a great breakfast! They were working so hard at keeping it clean and going and we slept so great in the beds. Thank you for the nice service and cleanliness! I’ve stayed at many hotels and this one is by far one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Thanks!"

"My family stayed one night here. My son loves water play so I called the front desk whether the water from pool is warm. She said the water is warm and said nothing other than that. I booked this hotel believing the pool was open and water was warm. However I heard from the front desk that the pool is closed. I was so embarrassed and disappointed because she didn’t tell me the pool was closed. But the room was okay overall even though it looks so old but maintains well. But avoid having the breakfast. There was nothing we could eat. The food quality is bad. It’s my first time skipping the breakfast at the hotel."
