"In a world where a place of business can get cancelled by online videos and public opinion in the blink of an eye the manager at this store made the choice to violate ADA laws. You are not allowed to ask for proof of disability. You are not allowed to require proof that a pet is a disability service pet. Profanity on the collar or not, they cannot be denied entry."
