"Would never recommend going here. I came in here for a basic bloodwork which is recommended 1-2 times a year as part of monitoring your general health. Before proceeding I asked specifically if this checkup/facility was covered by my healthcare as I wanted to be sure I wouldn't be stuck with a large bill. One of the staff members said I would be covered. Low and behold, the staff members are obviously too lazy to check, as I am now stuck with a 500$+ bill for basic bloodwork. I understand that some of the blame lies with me for not looking it up myself in advance, (amidst my approximately 60 hour work week) but this is what you are paid for. When I specifically ask if I am covered, I expect the staff to take the time to look it up......... I tried to calmly sort this out with them as I do understand people make mistakes. Rather than make this right by providing good customer service, they offered me the generic pay in full discount and i think 100$ (which they provide to anyone not covered by insurance). Ok......... that's still 500$ more than I was expecting to pay for BASIC BLOODWORK. I could have lived with charging me at the rate they charge the insurance company, but rather than own up to their employee's mistakes, they want to offer me this pitiful generic discount?"
"I go to my regular doctor at Nebraska Medicine in Millard. The staff are friendly and helpful. My doctor is a great doctor. He takes the time to listen to my concerns about my health and gives my the answers and treatment I am seeking. I highly recommend going to this medical clinic."
