"Although it’s the best hospital for children but it has the worst emergency services. I had to wait 6 hours. No nurse and doctor come to see my baby. I had to desperately walk away with my child with no treatment at 4:30 am yesterday. This kind of service cannot be said emergency care services. Children Hospital has to improve its services of care. In 6 hours of wait and no one show up. When asked literally they said to wait."

"Things to know before going: 1.A large majority of the so called physicians are residents. They are still in training. They call themselves Dr. But do not inform patients of this lack of experience. 2. The residents are not very well supervised. Many of the care decisions they make are not discussed with supervising physician or really questioned. The "supervising" physician saw my child for approx. 1 min. To do vitals. We of course will be charged a full premium service fee for this basic service that a trained monkey could provide. Scam Update: apparently all of the supervisiors I have called have broken fingers and can return a phone call. Considering a jcaho complaint. It must be nice to be the head of ED, you never have to be at work."

"All around great experience. From the children’s go app that helped ease the stress of arriving to every staff member we had interaction with. Joanne NP was amazing, she personally walked us to the helmet lab and waited to see the results with us, we felt that she truly cared. My husband even mentioned to me on the way home, that the staff was great, now that’s a big deal."

"Nurses and doctors are extremely friendly, helpful and understanding. We were kept informed about our daughters prognosis and the steps they were going to take to get her well . She was sad to be in the hospital on Christmas and just wanted to be home . To lift her spirits , she woke up this morning to Christmas presents from the hospital. A huge thank you to her doctor for getting her well enough and hunting for a pharmacy open so she could home ."

"My grand daughter had a small accident but just to be sure we wanted her checked out. The lady at reception in the ER was rude as could be, they made my son leave because no more than two adults allowed!!??? We sat in the lobby for over an hour, got put in a room where we sat for another hour and a half. They did a cat scan and we've been waiting on results for that for over an hour and a half. When I stepped out to ask the nurse about getting a doctor, she shoved us back in the room stating infection and privacy issues. !!? No one was masked or gowned?? These are all the same people we were with in a lobby for an hour!!! They weren't worried about it out there. I'm so angry. We are all starving, the baby needs to sleep and eat. The room is hot and I'm done with this place. They shove you in a room and blow you off. No patient care. Would not recommend!!! I never met nurses so rude. And they care for children???"
