"Food is great, but something is going on with the little girl working the drive thru on January 25 around 8:00pm. She didn't say a single word to us when we got our meal. She told us our total when she opened the window but didn't say another word. Nothing when she handed my husband his card and receipt. When we thanked her for our drinks, she just stared at us. When she handed us our food, she didn't say anything either. Didn't even look at us. I don't know what her deal was, but that's just bizarre to me. Maybe next time don't make your customers feel like they're annoying you by being there? A simple "you're welcome. Have a nice night" can go a long way."
"The food was good and fresh, but will someone please come and teach this location customer service? I can't describe in words how badly their people need either trained or totally replaced. We have a large standing order here every Sunday and never go in person. After our last personal experience, we will be changing where we order from. Terrible."
