"I drove to this location because the petsmart website indicated they had the item in stock that I was looking for. I drove 30+ minutes to this location, only to hear that the item (wyze wireless camera) was 'discontinued' and that if the website said it was in stock, it was likely on a shelf somehwere in the back, and the helpful man (seriously, he really wanted to help) said thy couldn't check for at least a day. He even offered to price-match one of their other wireless cams, and I know thats going above and beyond, but my problem is that this is 2024 and handling inventory on websites tracking isn't something new. It's ridiculous to me that this 'lost in the back somewhere' stuff was even mentioned. You've lost another customer Petsmart."

"PetSmart has all your pets basic needs. A good variety of foods / toys / clothes / treats / various supplies. They have a decent variety of canned cat /dog foods available. Staff is friendly and helpful."

And as you can see this place is making them fat and happy. People are moderately friendly but we walk in with an attitude like we own the place anyways."
