"You might as well call their printing service a scam. It doesn't work in any capacity at all. "The staff in the pharmacy are wonderful. However, they are so short staffed, you have to wait in line almost an hour to just pick up a prescription. The drive through is always backed up for at least 30 mi Tues, usually more, and standing in line inside is always 30 mins to sn hour wait. I was told that they only get a certain number of hours for staffing. I understand keeping costs down so the CEO can buy another yacht or plane but customer service, although a dying service, is truly a successful way to keep folks coming to your business. Today, I signed up for mail order. You lost a customer."
