"Friendly, but slow slow slow. Arrived at 1015 for an 1100 pickup appt. Backed into door at 1115 after previous truck left. Loading didn’t begin until 1245. Green light at 1515. Scaled out and they said they needed me to back to the dock again to verify due to discrepancy. Finally checked out at 1615. They will load you to max so fill your tanks (and get something to eat) beforehand. And hope you don’t need to be reworked 3 times like the driver next to me. Otherwise large clean secure lot with full size scale on site. Just wish they respected driver’s time."

"(Dry van appt 8/20 @ 1130) new name. "Red Collar" Arrived 8/19 @ 1800 in case it was 24 hour location. Shipping was closed but checked me in ahead of time. Told to come back @ 0700. Went truck stop across the street. Arrived 8/20 @ 0645. Was allowed into parking lot and parked on scale. 20 or so employees walked by me while I waited and EVERY ONE said "good morning"! Assigned dock @ 0705, red light @ 0711, first pallet 0718. Green light @ 0815. Rolling @ 0830. 78,500 lbs"
