"I feel that this company completely, and totally took advantage of us being out of state owners of property in Clinton Oklahoma. Service was terrible. Whatever they sprayed on the carpet left stains on all of the freshly painted walls throughout the home and on all of the woodwork throughout the home and on the glass of the sliding doors. We are completely and totally disappointed in the lack of professionalism. When we returned to our property 3 to 4 weeks after the cleaning and stretching of the carpet to discuss the staining on the walls, woodwork, and all over the glass sliding doors, the owner/manager refused to come out to the property to even look at the damage. We always try to use local service providers; however, this is one company we would never use again, and will never recommend to any other of our family or friends that live in the area."
