"From the second you walk into this clinic, you will feel right at home. It's beautiful and clean inside and the staff are absolutely amazing. The techs are wonderful and we absolutely LOVE Dr. Alyse! She comes in, gets on the floor with the animal and interacts with them like they are her own pets. She loves all of them and is just absolutely fantastic! My dogs actually enjoy going to the vet to see her!"

"Our new baby, Stella, is just 6 months old. Being a puppy and a lab, she tends to eat anything she can put in her mouth. She had diarrhea for a few days, and I was getting really worried about her. Our previous vet office has changed quite a bit since the last time we had been in there with our previous lab (many more staff and not as personal as they used to be) and were not able to see Stella that day. I called synergy in tears, hoping I could get her in. The staff lady who answered the phone was so sweet and understanding that I was immediately less worried. She made an appointment with me for just a couple of hours later. When I met with Dr Alyse, I was so impressed. After introducing herself, she sat down on the floor with Stella and interacted with her while talking with me about what was going on. Immediately, I felt at home and knew that they would care for my new baby like she was their own pet. They were able to test her stool sample immediately and inform me of the results. Dr. Alyse spent time talking with me about what was going on, all the time interacting with my baby. They also got Stella to let them cut her nails without any negative reactions from Stella at all. That was the clincher. Synergy had a new patient for life. Since then I have had a few questions for them about different meds and having her Spade and I have talked to a couple of different staff. They are all very informative and knowledgeable. As with most people, my dogs are like my children. I would not take my children to a doctor or an office that I did not feel was giving them the most personal and best care they could, I am the same with my pets. Synergy is definitely that office. The entire staff and Dr. Alyse cared about what was going on. They got me in as soon as they could, and they showed affection and caring to my baby like I would. We are very happy we have a new vet home!"

"Dr. Alyse was incredibly kind and patient with my very anxious cat. I had been told by my previous vet that my cat needed to be on a sedative when entering the clinic due to high anxiety and fear. I hadn’t taken her to the vet in over a year out of fear her anxiety would get worse with each visit. I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Alyse and I am SO grateful I did. The office was calm and relaxing, the staff was kind and helpful, and Dr. Alyse was very skilled at handling my anxious cat - without a sedative! By the end my cat was bumping her for pets and eating treats. I am incredibly grateful I have found a vet that makes me and my anxious kitty comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Alyse and her team to any pet parents!"
