"brought my 4 month cat in with upper respiratory issues, the vet tech AND vet both listened deeply to me and the vet helped so much. she explained EVERYTHING in such great detail and didn’t seem rushed. 10000% recommend. i was a mess because anything that involves my animals makes me a mess but they were so kind. they told me how to help arlo best and warning signs for my other cats. she even gave me a window of time to wait to let the antibiotics work before she should be seen again. highly recommend"

"Worse place ever to take your pets to! They were very mean to me when I took my pet to them for emergency then surgery. They overcharged me for everything and then did not schedule a follow up appointment for the after surgery unless I pay them for a regular visit. They way how they talked to me reminded me when I was a kid in the kindergarten no respect at all and all what they care about is to go on website and give them the big star as a best business in Lincoln! Are you kidding :("

They made us feel comfortable with the care plan and answers all of our questions in easy to understand terms. The follow up has been great too! "One of our dogs had an allergic reaction to something and needed quick intervention. We were able to be seen immediately and the staff was so kind and helpful with our puppy. They took great care of him, watched him for the day and followed up to see how he was doing the next day. Their prices were also very reasonable for their walk-in help. "I will 100% recommend and rave about Parkview to any and everyone. After almost 3 weeks and 4visits to my regular vet i decided to take my dog to Parkview to hopefully get real answers. They took my concerns very seriously and were able to come up with a treatment plan instead of sending me home and making me come back for “rechecks” &taking my money like my previous vet. I was at a loss and felt like I’d never find a solution to my dog’s sickness and I was so sad seeing him so sick. He ended up needing an overnight and lots of meds. The vet helped me find cheaper medications than they offered and I also thought their prices for an overnight stay were very reasonable. My Ollie is now feeling so much better and it’s all thanks to Parkview. Ollie also loves all of the workers at Parkview which Is amazing considering he’s pretty scared of the Vets offices we’ve gone to in the past. We will be using parkview for all of our vet needs now.
