"Great customer service although this location didnt have anyone who came up and asked if I needed help. They have stuff not all True Values have including a large selection of magnets. The store is handicap accessible but the ramp is aways down from the entrance. Great experience overall and they had everything I needed."

"Treated my dad like riff raff and hollered at him for looking at the outdoor mops. Discrimination based on “thinking they might steal” is not a great business practice. Just because someone isn’t wearing fancy clothes doesn’t mean you get to treat people like they are trash."

"Love having this hardware store in the neighborhood. There is nothing more convenient than having a huge store full of nails, nuts, & bolts within walking distance of the house. Staff are always friendly and willing to help you find items, usually within moments of walking in the store. Thank you guys and gals for being there and part of our Coddington & A community!!!"

"I have been going to this store for about two years now. Let me tell you the workers are beyond nice. They show compassion and courtesy that was left in mom and pop stores of long ago. Once my phone died and i needed to call my wife. They let me charge my phone with their personal charger for 30 minutes. Another time when it was about 10 degrees out they let me wait inside the store until they closed and Michael told me if my cab didn't come he would take me home himself. Always friendly always knowledge able about their products. All the staff members deserve a raise in my eyes. By far one of the best customer service experiences i have ever encountered ever. "Customer service needs great improvement. Sent my 16 year old daughter to pick up an item. She asked the heavy set male in his 20's where the item was located, he told her the wrong ilse. She asked him again, he would not come out from behind the counter to help her. Mind you there were no customer's in the store at the time. Time to hire non lazy people. Spend the extra money and go to the big stores, at least they have customer service and better prices."
