"My A/C broke on a very hot weekend. It's difficult to get tradespeople to take on small residential projects in this area, but when I called Erthum's on Monday morning, he told me he could be out at my place by late afternoon, and sure enough he showed up around 4 p.m., as promised, and was able to fix my central air system on the spot for a relatively inexpensive cost. I like working with people who do what they say they will do and who don't leave me hanging. This man did what he said he would do, and showed up when he said he would, which inspires confidence. I had a good experience."

"Knows what he’s doing if you can get him to show up. He came out in July, said he needed to order a part. Never heard from him again. Called late mid September left a message, no return call. Called him a week later and he said part would be here in about a week, 2 weeks later still nothing not even a call. Called him again and now he says he can’t get the part but he can fix it another way, he’ll be out on Monday/Tuesday. Now Thursday mid OCTOBER, 3 months from original call, he’ll be out today or tomorrow. Our heat does not work, will not switch from cooling & 63° in the house is exactly what we were trying to avoid by getting it fixed earlier."

"This company came and did a quarter of the work they said they would and charged my mother-in-law 200 dollars which was totally unfair. They told her they would call her within a week and finish up the work, here it is 3 months later and no call and the work still hasn't been finished. I would not use these guys for anything unless you only want part of the work done for the full amount."
