"I was driving across Nebraska few years ago when my alternator light would come on intermittently. Eventually it was on most of the time. Waited on a Friday morning for the Ford dealer to open only to find they couldn't get me in until the middle of the next week. They recommended another place but they were booked up and couldn't get us in until Monday. Those folks sent us here and while they hadn't opened yet, the owner was in already working on a vintage car. I explained to him the problem and that we were on our way back to Seattle and he had me pull right in. When his mechanic arrived, he diagnosed the problem, and verified other parts like the battery were ok, replaced the alternator and had us on our way before noon. When I asked about a rest room they showed me the way to one in the back. When I told them it was for my female companion, she got to use their private one in the office. ;-) Great people who took great care of us and my Excursion."
