"Advertising all times of day. I needed them again after over 6 years of service, but: Can't hire help Works all day Doesn't like evenings What does that leave? If you can't pet sit on advertised times on you're website you're not a pet sitter. By the way, they knew they wouldn't sit and didn't let me know right away to make alternate arrangements. Only after I called to confirm Scott had several excuses and didn't let me know right away. I have the easiest pets in the world. Let 1 dog out to pee and scoop a cat box occasionally"

"I had my dogs groomed with Critter Sitter. They showed up in a timely manner. My dog appeared happy before and after her grooming. The last time we had her groomed, I was asked where the second dog was immediately upon her arrival. My daughter was bringing her dog for a grooming but I assumed I was paying for my dog’s hour of grooming. The groomer told me she could do both dogs at the same time yet I was being billed for my dogs hour. This plus the price increase and not even getting a single bow or barrette or anything I thought was was less than I get with a different groomer."
