"My name is Joseph Godoy and I use the laundromat at the one on Saddle Creek and I just want you to know about one of your employee's Shannon .I just want to say how good of worker she is . I never see your her sit around she's always cleaning or trying to make the customer feel welcome. She is very friendly and welcoming to the customer. I'm 65 years old so I know a great worker when I see one. I just want you to know that she's a very good worker and I couldn't say enough good things about her. She's constantly cleaning the building I've never seen a laundry room so clean ."

"This specific location is not the best representation of the company. It's typically full of people waiting to play one of the 4 or 5 Slot Machines. So the entrance as well as the gaming area is lined w/people loitering. Unfortunately, the crowd that the machines draw isn't the greatest, especially if it's late night when I'm more likely to be there. Their washer/dryers are nice and large, so I can get my comforter washed w out incident! The majority of the time, there's an attendant on the clock to assist if someone requires help. However, not a single staff member is there after 11pm if even that late, so if you think you'll need help, go during regular business hours! Facility isn't spotless, but it isn't filthy either. Just your basic laundromat with its fair share of wear and tear!"

"Been to this laundromat 4 times now and I love it! There is a black lady working every time I’ve come and is always sweeping the floors making sure the environment is clean at all times. She took the time to teach me how to use the machines the first time I come and was patient with me! She always makes sure children stay with their parents which I appreciate! I will be back again and again because this black lady keeps the laundromat clean and in order! I appreciate this environment and is necessary for as many families as there are in one place at one time trying to clean clothes!"
