"I hired Grace Cleaning Service, and I'm utterly disappointed with their performance. Despite multiple trips, several spots in my home were left unattended. The lack of attention to detail and the need for repeated visits, leading to increased costs, were frustrating. The cleaning of an empty 3bed/2bath townhome took an unreasonable 10+ hours between 2 days (the property was left in good condition by the previous tenant). “Quality Service Managers” came by the property for approval before finishing, which leads me to believe there’s a lack of attention to detail from top to bottom. I expected better service for the price paid ($600+). I would not recommend this cleaning company."

"Excellent work. I have scheduled two cleanings with GHC and have been pleased both times. Staff is very thorough and triple-checks everything regarding the cleaning up to the scheduled time. The staff I've spoken to are polite and friendly, and the cleaners who have taken care of my house (Esme, Mikaela, Julia, and Sam C.) have fulfilled my chore lists perfectly each time.
