"Our business had questions about an error message on our keypad and needed to add users. George came in and checked out our system, found our temperature sensors, explained the functions of the keypad and arming/disarming the system and answered multiple questions for us while he was here. George was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the system. He also made suggestions to the business owner about adding additional elements of security to our system. George added an additional user, and tested all of our codes before he left. He also taught us how to enter the disarm if an actual intruder was here, in order to get the police to respond. "The sales and tech individuals were all great to work with individually, but communications between the two & with our business were very poor. No communication from sales for 6 weeks after we signed a contract - we had to reach out to them regarding next steps/installation. Tech wasn't informed that we are a church and a school (people on site 5 days/week), so the scheduled, weekday install wasn't particularly ideal. We were also notified on the day of install about capabilities (and the lack thereof) that we weren't informed about during our initial sales discussion. The technicians who were onsite for our install were great to work with. Overall, our experience was not great though, especially considering the financial outlay for our small church and school."
