"I had hired Time before, and he had done a fantastic job. I hired him again for a carpet repair/patch. He told me he was only available 8:00 am - 2:00 pm so I took off work to meet him at 2:00, but he never showed up. I called him 3 times, left voicemails, emailed him, contacted him through facebook (which said he was online) and reached out to him via his website. At 3:30 I gave up. He never showed, never called, and never followed up. As a business owner myself, I do my best to take my customer's time into consideration. I'm extremely disappointed in his lack of professionalism. If nothing else, he could've at least called me back to let me know he wouldn't make it so I could return to work. After reading other reviews it appears this is a reoccurring theme with him. I would not recommend his services or waste your time on the "chance" he might show up."

"Called Tim out to re stretch carpet and repair edges leading up to tile. He is a true craftsman he did an excellent job, clean and did it at a fair price I would recommend him highly."
