"I originally heard about LifeSpan through a friend who had amazing convenient services for her mental and wellbeing. She gave me the information on a Thursday, I called on Friday and the receptionist was prompt, knowledgeable, and very well spoken. She followed up with me through emails to ensure I was matched with the best provider for me. She asked me lots of questions about exactly what I wanted to accomplish in therapy and medication management, and was able to book an onboarding and from there I was able to book everything I needed. My Therapist, Janessa is literally just a ray of sunshine! She informed me on our first meet that if I ever feel that we are not compatible for sessions, the office is filled with amazing Therapists. She speaks so highly of the team she works with, and you can tell she thoroughly enjoys her office and her teammates. I love that she is very well informed and informs me of my rights as a patient. Being upfront and honest is huge for me, considering I had plenty of Therapist in my childhood not listen to me and only to my mothers advice. She lets me know I am not only heard, but actively listened to and to always advocate for myself (appropriately). She engages in our sessions, so I am not just talking to myself. I don’t just sit for an hour talking with no feedback. I look forward to my sessions every week, she creates a healthy environment in which I feel safe enough to tell her exactly what it is I was to accomplish. I love the flexibility she offers, whether its in office or over Telehealth, so I can get in a session on my lunch break. My Medication Manager, Janet is very sweet! She got me back on medication. She informed me of all the side effects and just stop and reach out to her if I am not feeling well on them. She also told me we can reassess at any time if I am not comfortable, instead of just prescribing me meds and sending me on my way. She asked a lot of questions about past medication usage and exactly how I was/am feeling. Overall 10/10 I’d recommend and I love the providers inside and out. This has been the best experience regarding mental health that doesn’t leave me with questions, make me feel like I’m alone, or I am not “normal” for seeking services from Life Span. I am viewed as a regular person that is coming in for mental maintenance. Thank you LifeSpan for being the best part of my week."

"I expressed concerns about my medications and Laura the owner helped me navigate through them very quickly and got what I needed despite the treatment I received by a staff member. She made it right and did her due diligence to make sure that I received the care I needed and the staff members understood my concerns. This is an updated review. I usually have very good services from lifespan and will continue to be a patient because of Laura."
