"I hate to leave a bad review, but I’m so disappointed. This office took our insurance claim in April of 2021. It is not yet fully resolved (Dec 2023). There was no communication unless I requested follow-up, and the legal documents I have received have all had errors like the spelling of my first name after 2+yrs of being a client, as well as documents I needed notarized with incorrect information."
