David and the Lincoln office are incredible about openly discussing options, the process, and the expectations a client should have. My settlement from an accident is not a large one, but I never expected it to be, and yet I never got the impression that I was less important than any presumably larger cases in their workload. I imagine that perhaps some people have unrealistic expectations about what a truly fair settlement should be, and are disappointed when they learn that what is fair doesn't align with their interest in capitalizing on unfortunate circumstances. When I called about a second opinion they acted surprised when I told them work comp wasn't doing anything thing for me I've been waiting 15 days for a return phone call that's a long meeting he is in"
