"Contacted Steve Guenzel nearly 3 weeks ago for what he assured me was a 'very simple' document. Mind you - my ability to handle pressing matters is dependent on this 'very simple' document. I called today to follow up as I've not heard from a single person, or seen this document and was transferred to Steve with no issues.
