"Went here today just for the fax. Very nice people here. I also have dropped off some Amazon stuff to send back. Very easy and convenient."
"The line was long as I came in to drop off a return to Amazon and another company, but the line moved quickly and I was in and out in less than a couple of minutes."
"Customer service at this place is exquisite! When I walk in they call me by my first name….not just that but they do it with a genuine smile! They have competitive fees for their products. Customer service is exceptional!"
"I arrived at the store as I have on many occasions. Generally I am prepared and have labels printed and everything is boxed and ready to go. Well this morning I didn’t have a chance to and it started to rain outside. So I grabbed the items I needed to ship (5 packages) and came inside. I put my things down and had a conversation with a clerk about the rain and how annoying it is. She even commented that they were to get a box order for the store but they won’t do it if it’s raining. I agreed that yes that probably is a pain and she was right no body wants wet boxes. She asked if I needed a few minutes to pack my stuff I said yes it’ll just be a second. A moment later another clerk walked up and told me I couldn’t pack my things in the store. I looked st her confused. She said the owner doesn’t want people to do it because it’s a liability. Still confused she said some people had complained because their items were damaged or missing and they could be held accountable for them saying it was packed in the store. She said I could go pack it in my car or something. I said it’s raining I would prefer my things not wet she said well it’s just the rule and the owner doesn’t want that. I said well it’s a stupid rule and someone should talk to the owner. She said well it’s been a rule for a while and it wasn’t going to change. A simple I understand your frustration and I will pass it along would have sufficed. Help me understand if the store location doesn’t want boxes delivered in the rain because they get wet then why would I want my items damaged and the box wet in the rain? You can clearly see me as the one packing it in store as I am sure there are cameras so how does that translate to liability for the store?"
