"If I could rate less I would. This is, hands down the worst experience I've ever had. These thirsty drivers are trained by dogs with a name badge and title. Not only did they over charge me, they full on took my money literally. Good thing, I have cameras! They took advantage of my child. Before this coward drive off, I was already otp with him saying don't leave. I needed to know where the change was and why it's so much. He refused and called me a racial slur. He then proceeded to pull off after asking him to take the food and give me my money. I called the store right away for an manager but was met with the same energy. Asking me if I knew English?, can I read? Also, refused to give his name. So I'm really pissed right now. Thankfully my Dad is LPD and taught me better than to go up there to this location acting a fool. Instead, I'm leaving this review. If I don't get a refund by "Yvonne"...the supposed morning manager, I will find the owner. No way will I hire these kind of people EVER"

"We've only ordered carry out. If you use their app you can follow the progress of your order to arrive at the right time. When you arrive, click the I'm Here button, a timer starts and an associate brings you food to your car window in less than 2 minutes."

"Our order was accurate and delicious. These pepperoni stuffed bread taste just like the pepperoni rolls we used to get back in Texas from Double Dave's. I highly recommend them. The pasta also hit the spot. Maybe Domino's will keep the pepperoni stuffed bread on their menu. Trevor was polite and courteous. We do try to tip the delivery drivers to show our appreciation for the work that they do. Good job. I can't forget the backbone of the business, which are the cooks. Without y'all, the business doesn't operate. Keep up the great work. You are appreciated."

"Read down to the edit: Pretty disappointed in today's experience. We had ordered from the (Saunders) location in Lincoln, NE last week and were pleasantly rewarded with a great pizza. So much so, that we ordered again today...and were delivered a sub-par quality product that was both oily and not at all hot. My order took 26 minutes (the drive, not the entire order) for a (1.5 mile) 8 minute drive, and I can only assume my driver was given several deliveries at once because 1) it was cold and took far longer to deliver than it should have, and I watched multiple stops on the tracking app and 2) I'm fairly certain my order was at the bottom of the pile because (as you can see by my photos) a significant amount of cheese and grease was stuck to my box lid when I opened it...and this was not even a tall (deep dish). The driver was very nice and followed no-contact procedures, and the pizza had great flavor after we reheated it but, overall the best I can say, at least for this location and in my experience, it's definitely a hit or miss situation...and today was a miss. 5/16/23 Edit: OK, definitely an edit worthy experience. I am happy to put it out there that this location has really turned it around. About a year after my first review, we decided to give it another try and....Oh yeah! Huge improvement. So a week later, we gave it another go, and again, the order was prompt, correct, and delicious! We are Domino's fans from way back and delighted at whatever changes were made that brought the quality back up. Kudos! Glad to be back!"
