"Really love the Mushroom and have eaten there more time than I can count and had take-out multiple times. Tonight was a real let down. Placed an online order (# 22195503830532097) after seeing a late afternoon performance at the Lied Center. Order was to be ready at 7:21. Had my wife run in at 7:15 as I waited in car. She came out and said was told it was going to be 15 to 20 mins past that scheduled time. O.k., sometimes kitchens can get behind or slammed. When she came out at about 7:45 she said the restaurant was NOT busy inside other than people waiting for take-out and that each of those people were told a 15-20 min extra wait as well and with no explanation as to why the delay. They, worst part after driving home (10 mins away) sat down to eat my pizza (it was completely raw (see pics). I have ordered this pizza (Kosmic Karma) nearly a dozen times both in house and for take-out and know what to expect. No excuse for an uncooked pizza being served or sent out. Clearly one of two things. Understaffed this evening and rushing food out or inexperienced pizza cooks. I will be hard pressed to order take out again. Just sad. Had to throw the pizza out as inedible. I took all toppings off for the pics to show the soggy and gummy uncooked dough. That is uncooked dough in the pics, not cheese. The 3 stars for atmosphere was for the detached staff wife reported. Again, really love the place and longtime patrons but this is unacceptable."

"It's one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. The crust and flavor were perfect. It's a twist on traditional pizza and I love trying new flavor combinations. Don't skip out on the cocktails. They are worth trying."

"We were visiting the University of Nebraska and found this restaurant close to our hotel. They have a great beer and wine menu, and the food was great. We had the Thai chicken wings to start, plus a small Maui Wowi pizza and the Ritz burger. Both meals were delicious. However, what we really liked was the service. Everyone there was very attentive and always checked in on us to see if we needed anything else."
