"A review of the poor customer service my spouse received at the Walmart Pharmacy Located at 3400 N 85th St, Lincoln, NE 68507 "I needed a refill of my emergency epinephrine pen. My doctor called it into the nearest Walmart pharmacy. When I got there, they told me it cost $277.75. I couldn't believe how much it had increased in price. When I got home my spouse told me that using my GoodRX card I could have purchased it from Walgreens for $112.75! I called up Walmart where I had just picked it up and asked if they could match Walgreen's price with my GoodRx card. They said they could not, that with the GoodRx it would cost more, $288.75. I asked if I could return the prescription. The manager said I could not, due to Hippa Laws. The pharmacy manager said once it leaves the building, they can not accept it back! They were not willing to match the cost of the competitor!"

"My pharmacy experience has been ok--they have a habit of being almost out of the drug I take whenever I try to refill, and give me a 3-day supply. They are pretty good at contacting my doctor, and they don't take much time. The staff in the rest of the store can be fairly helpful; a worker was willing to help me find the ice melt even though it was not his department. One of the people at the self-checkout was a bit curt. Perhaps she was just having a day; it was somewhat late."
