"Not a 24hr pharmacy anymore!"
"It was my first visit. I only give five stars after I have something to compare it to."
"It is mostly what did not happen this visit. I went online to order a refill for a medication to be picked up when I retrieved the others that were ready. On Saturday, 10-15 about 1pm, I clicked the refill check box for RX 1826155 and received an email from CVS saying "order confirmation" with approximate available time as 6pm. I have learned to ignore that "ready by" message because you do not have enough help at that pharmacy. I just watch online and go when ready. I kept watching the status of the refill and it was saying "In Process" for several hours. It even showed a price of over $200 which was much higher than the $47 charge the first fill, but with Medicare that happens. At about 5pm the status changed to "inactive". I decided to call to see what was going on since the date the med was to be taken was the next day, 10-16. At 518 pm I made phone call and talked to a person. She started out by asking if the prescription was for .25 or .5mg so I was sure she had worked with the script to know it said that. I told her we originally had started at the .25 for two injections then increased to the 0.5mg per the Dr directions. I pointed out that the directions on script state Inject 0.38 Ml (0.5 Mg Total) Under the Skin Every 7 (Seven) Days, so that clarified the 0.5mg question. I was told that she could not fill the prescription since it was inactive. I told her that someone had just changed it. She claimed "not me". I told her that it had been available for refill that morning and that it had shown as in process status up until about half an hour earlier. She said she could not fill an inactive prescription. I asked "even if someone there made a mistake and moved it to inactive?" She said we would have to wait until Monday, that she was sending a message to the Dr to reorder the med. I again said, "you are telling me that even though someone there made a mistake and moved the refill to inactive, you cannot correct that error and fill that prescription?" She said goodbye and hung up on me."
"I went through the drive through and picked up a prescription without any issues."
"Cannot schedule a covid test over the phone, their website doesn't work and I have tried multiple computers."
