"Corey was great! So kind and professional. When he came out (he drove 2.45 hours) he realized there was something he hadn’t anticipated. The rail for the stairlift was going to partially block the bathroom entrance. He took pics and jotted down some notes and asked if he could return to do the job, as he want to put in a piece of track that would allow us to fold it up if needed to be out of the way of the bathroom door. He returned the following week and completely the job in only a couple hours. He was very thorough in explaining how the chairlift worked and let my mom go up and down a few times to assure she was comfortable using it. I would recommend Corey any time. Like I mentioned he also had to travel almost 3 hours one way to do this job. So for him to return just for our benefit was very kind. Kudos Kohlls for hiring a great representative for your business."

"Terrible place to do business! Was told to put something in my wife's name because I didn't have a prescription from the doctor and it would be easier to switch it over once I received the script from the Dr. I received the script and forwarded it to them less than 48 hours later. Fast forward two and a half months later and they never put the item in my name. Had no record of it. Of course it was still in my wife's name and never transferred it to me. The guy working told me to take it back with me and return it the next day when a manager was there. I said I'd rather not drive all the way back out here, can't I just leave it and we figure it out tomorrow. I called and left a message the following day, a Monday only to never receive a call back. I called back a couple of times, and was finally able to speak with someone later on Thursday. I was told my wife checked a box saying we would private pay, even though verbally we were told to put it under her name because it would be easy to switch over once I received the script. Very rude customer service on their part multiple times. #1 never putting it into my name once I sent them the script. #2 Telling me to come back the next day to return the item when I'm already there. #3 Not returning my phone call, after admitting they received the call and someone from their staff was supposed to call me. #4 Basically calling me a liar by saying they don't prorate, even though their employee told us to do it by putting it in my wifes name because it can easily be switched over. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!"

"2 weeks ago we had a Bruno stairlift installed by Kohll's Pharmacy Millard. The installer was Corey. He was extremely competent, professional, and helpful. He was friendly and patient with us, and even fixed our front door handle while he was here! We have now put our new stairlift to frequent use, and we love it! It is so nice to be able to go up and down the stairs without getting out of breath and eliminates the joint pain we experience when we climb stairs. We are happy we made the decision to get this. We highly recommend this company and the Bruno brand."
