"For the three young ladies working around 3pm on 4.1.23 at the 120th and Center location - you are amazing. I went in for my new favorite color and found to my dismay it has been discontinued. These ladies searched the whole store and found all the remaining stock that had been pulled off the shelves. ALL of it. They were encouraging, offered other suggestions for later, and made sure I had everything I needed. Lovely, helpful, and all three bright and beautiful as peacocks. Thank you for a good experience!!"
"I love Sally’s and normally always have a great experience but today I was in a hurry and placed a pickup order and paid for it on the website. Not only was I missing 3/4 of my order with no notification, but I was told I couldn’t leave with the product I paid for because it “hadn’t been paid for. “ per the rudest employee Sheryl. After I showed her my online bank statement and order confirmation and text message I received saying my order was ready for pickup along with the last 4 digits of my card number on the confirmation email I also received proving it had been paid for Sheryl continued to argue with me basically accusing me of theft. Another customer stepped in and said “she clearly paid for it so you either need to return her money or give her her product.” Sheryl continued to REFUSE to hand me my product to the point I reached to grab my bag, and she grabbed the bag from my hands, and confiscated my PAID product. I threatened to call the police if she didn’t give me my things because they legally belonged to me and she told me I was “frazzling her.” Keep in mind, my voice was not raised once, I used no explicits..but was on the verge of tears because of the embarrassment I felt with the accusation of theft and in front of 7 other customers. I explained to Sheryl after her “frazzled comment” try being a customer in this situation. I did my end as a customer, I submitted an order, paid for my order (which I had NUMEROUS pieces of proof that was paid for) so I did my end as a customer, and she hadn’t done her end as a employee, and that is absolutely not my problem or fault. I asked her AGAIN...I would like the product I paid for per your online store pickup, and I would please like to leave. After 10 minutes She finally shoved (more like passive aggressively threw my product, and I left. I called 72nd and dodge and completed the order from the products I was charged for and didn’t receive."
