"I understand having a company policy but it's pretty ridiculous that because I call in to change dates 23 hrs instead of 24 hrs ahead of time that I get my $240 deposit taken away and if I want to reschedule then I have to put another $240 down. This is the second reschedule already. First was a month ago because the day of my appointment I didn't have my physical ID even though they have a copy already. So now I'm out $480. I get this is a business but have some humanity. I've never experienced a tattoo shop that is twisted like some big corporations. Well not only did you lose out on $600 for the tattoo I was getting plus the rest of the sleeve I had planned to do later which would have been close to an additional $1,400. This is all just from my left arm alone. That doesn't include the right arm, left and right leg, both feet, back and possibly ribs. At the end of it all would have come close to, if not over $10,000. I take full responsibility for my part in this outcome, but this is just absolutely ridiculous coming from a tattoo shop and what this kinda art stands for."
