"A company that needs a negative 5-star review. I did not even want to work with them, however my relocation company directed me towards this company who did nothing to make me whole again after my Toyota Supra was damaged by a vehicle transporter. I never even spoke with a representative on the phone. They denied my claim after I wasted time taking pictures of the damage and uploading everything they requested in a timely manner. Do not trust this company with you vehicle! Ask the transport company who is their claims representative/insurance before using the service and if it is McCord & Associates run for the hills!"

"If it's possible to give a zero star, I would. This is by far the worst car insurance experience that I have. Thankfully, it's not my personal car insurance but I've had an encounter with them though the auto transport company that transported my car to a different state ( Global Auto Carriers which is also the worst). When the auto transport company has assigned by case to McCord, I haven't received a response for almost two weeks and whenever I call them, the operator transfers my call to someone names JAMES NORD who is supposed to be the person handling my case. As soon as she transfers the call, the call gets disconnected. This happened like more than 15 times in a span of two weeks. When I call to his mobile directly, it goes to his voice mail and he NEVER responds back. After I made a big deal out of it with the operator, she finally connected me with him and he promised to get this issue done asap but there was no response from him despite my umpteen calls. Apparently he asked someone to come and take the pictures of my car's damage and that happened at a snail's pace. It was expected that he gets back to me with further steps or at the least RESPOND to my calls, both of which didn't happen. Moreover, my auto repair company ordered their parts and ready to service the car and its because of this WORST, IRRESPONSIBLE people of McCord and Associates that my car is still not repaired and I have no idea when they are gonna respond. Once, the repair starts, I am not sure what other issues these people will cause, from the looks of how they are handling things. I plan to take legal help in this matter. By and large, it has been a huge waste of time and energy dealing with those crooks and I wouldn't recommend anyone going with this agency, especially when there are so many alternatives providing great customer care service."
