"So I was slightly nervous about coming into a new place for a procedure. When I walked in the front end lady was very kind and nice to me. When seated back with the nurses they were so kind and caring for me. Really started to make me feel more comfortable. Then I spoke to Dr. Penney and he was so kind and professional with me. He listened to my requests and really did care for me and impressed me! After the procedure I started to feel a little dizzy and both Dr. Penney and the nurse were so kind and offered me juice and a snack. Just doing these things really impressed me and made me so comfortable with them. I truly do recommend this place for any business. Good job :)"

"This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office! Every member of staff, from the receptionist at the front desk who checked me in and brought me to a room to the nurse who did my initial consult and the X-ray technician, were all so friendly, helpful, and kind. Dr. Cullen was wonderful. He took the time to explain how the different parts of the foot work before giving me his diagnosis and reasoning behind it. Even though he didn’t think it was associated with a prior fracture, he still ordered X-rays and went over them with me to put my mind at ease. He administered a shot to give me some pain relief and then gave me exercises to do and even demonstrated one for me, and he also showed me what kind of shoe he recommended to ensure my heel wouldn’t continue to get worse. I never once felt he was rushing me or unconcerned. I chose this office at random because they were on my insurance’s provider list, and that can often go very poorly, but I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend this practice to anyone!"
