"Bad billing department and the front desk is absolutely unprofessional. My mom had a question about her copay and instead of explaining it they told her she is no longer welcome."

"I really enjoy having Dr. Spencer as my doctor and I really like the nurses there. Although, I have to say that I always dread calling to make an appointment due to ladies up front not being the friendliest. They come off annoyed that you have called and act as if you are bothering them."

"I have been going here for about 5 years. I like the doctors, but they are very inflexible with their schedule. Limited hours and days and also hard to get in for any type of sick or unplanned visit - they also cancelled my annual physical because I was late for the appointment, I even called ahead to apologize and let them know. They called me back when I was outside and said I couldn’t be seen because I was late."

"I’ve been seeing Doctor Law now for over 10 years and followed her from Lakeside. She is great! But after my experience today with the front desk, I don’t have many good things to say. I’ve recently lost insurance and have med checks every 6 months. I pay cash up front, but today a lady at the front desk told me I couldn’t be seen unless I paid 350 for the visit because my account went to collection years ago and has been paid in full for well over a year. So I owe nothing to collections, after minutes of arguing with her and asking the other front desk for help, she finally says “fine, fine, it’s just 175”. As if she reduced the price herself and made me feel like a complete inconvenience. I asked my doctor why did they try and charge me an extra 175 and she said she is not sure and it won’t happen again. I just can’t help but think how many uninsured people that front desk person has gotten over on. I love doctor law I really hope this is fixed"

"At 7:30 this morning I walked in without an appointment as had an accident last night that may have needed stitches and they were able to see me straight away. I am already a patient of Dr Law and having come from another female physician (insurance change!!), I was so glad to find this clinic. Very friendly and efficient. Today Katie the NP was very helpful and cleaned up my cuts."
