It was great to learn stretches, breathing techniques, and pushing techniques. I’m a visual person, and a “do-it” type of learner and Nicole provided both of those options. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable in her specialty and made some really big adjustments for me that helped with my C section recovery. She’s extremely friendly and professional. Nicole focused on massage therapy for my back and neck, scar therapy including dry needling, and my exercise posture. She gave me exercises and stretches to work on at home each week and I could really feel and see progress each week. I loved how she observed my movements so that she could adjust them to find the root cause of the pain I was feeling. Nicole was not only a joy to see each week, she is so good at her job!!"
