"Management continually covers for staff. Horrible place; do not put anyone here. Should be shut down. The care is minimal at best. Staff are rude & will not help even when family is there."
"Do not put a family member here! My mom developed large bed sores during her stay that they tried to hide from me. Aides refused to help me move her. Staff all have attitudes and have no problem speaking to you in a rude manner. Got her out and she is receiving better care and much happier."
"Please don’t put your family/loved ones here. They are a TERRIBLE place. Residents have bed sores, are left in their BM, have gone long periods of time with out baths. (That’s only the tip of the iceberg) They have an extremely high turn over rate because CNAs and nurses DONT want to work here. State has visited many times and I’m honestly surprised they haven’t been shut down. Get rid of the the heartless people who run this place if you are going to keep it open Because these residents deserve better. (Have made complaint to state). *Fair warned*"
"They accepted my grandpa which is a vet, but then on the day to move him they said, "We dont want him anymore. We dont take vets because of their behaviors." My grandpa is in a coma and maybe have 3 days at most to live. There is no behavior! How dare they deny someone because they are a vet! Dont go to this place if you care about your loved one, especially if they served our country."
