"I had been a patient for over 15 years but since the move to the new facility, care and service have gone downhill. I had an appointment scheduled for a simple medication refill, but after 45 minutes of waiting I had to leave without being seen. Then I received a bill and was told by the office manager the bill will stand because I had been placed in a room. I will be seeing a new provider from now on."

"By far the most incompetent and unprofessional doctors office experience I have ever had. I went in to get a prescription on a Friday and was told it was sent to the pharmacy electronically. Great. Go to the pharmacy and they dont have it. Doctors office closed for the weekend. Leave messages and hear back monday they sent it. Made another trip to the pharmacy, still didnt actually send it. Follow up again, dont even receive a call back, then after 2 more messages they finally update my prescription and its not even for the correct drug dosing that was discussed, instead they prescribed extended release amphetamines multiple times a day which should have been immediate release. I cant imagine the issues if this was done to someone who didnt know better or didn't recognize the error. You should not trust this office with your health or your time. Truly appalling behavior and treatment."

"I've had nothing but good experiences here. From reception to the nurses, phlebotomists and Dr Vandenhaul. Someone called Dr Vandenhaul arrogant in these reviews. I would say she's knowledgeable and professional. Nothing but good experiences."

"Avoid if you can! You are just another money maker for them. It's clear they don't care about you or your health. They prescribe you medications without doing tests or discussing other options of treatment/diagnosis. Not to mention the rude staff, and no one ever answering your questions. I'm so glad I left this practice and found someone new that has actually helped me learn what is wrong with me!"

"Seriously have had nothing but complications with these people. From being rude and short with you to being on hold for 20+ minutes. I have tried because we really do like our doctor here and my son has gone thru a lot in 2022 so we got close to some nurses. Myself and my children will not be returning. Very poor way to run an establishment and treat people who have been with you since 2018!"
