"Cancelled multiple appointments due to tight schedule and sickness or any other reasons they could think off. Not customer friendly very rude front desk."

"My son has been seeing Dr Nadala a few times. I have not had any problems with the front office they have been helpful. But I find Dr Nadala disorganized, he clearly doesn't have my son's file pulled up so he's really is not paying attention to my son medical history. During our very first visit he took at least 2 or 3 calls. He didn't say anything to me picking up the phone so I had to stop mid sentence, then he hangs up says nothing and expects me to pick up where I left off."

"I get being late is bad, I really do.....but it's a symptom of my mental illness and I did not appreciate literally every single staff member bringing up to me that I was late and chastizing me about it. I acknowledged it and apologized profusely the first time. Did I really need to be told over 12 more times by everyone from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctor until I was in tears about it? Did they then need to tell me even more times again as I was leaving when I was clearly very upset and remorseful about it already? It left an extremely bad taste in my mouth and has made me even more afraid to get the help I need because I'll just get shamed and embarrassed by an entire office of people if I make a mistake! It already was very difficult for me to even make the appointment in the first place due to my extreme anxiety and depression, and to be completely demoralized on the first visit has made me question if it's worth it to even try anymore. Not really the compassionate mental health care I'm looking for."

"I am rating a 3 because I actually like the doctor my son has Dr. Nadala. However this past few weeks getting my messages to him by office staff I don't feel like I'm being heard. My son needs medication refills and I'm currently having issues with him. But I called 3 separate times about needing appointments and especially all 3 times a medication refills and nothing. I've talked with 2 separate people leaving messages and I hear nothing back from staff or I check on the pharmacy and there's nothing. I don't feel like I'm being heard meanwhile my son doesn't have the medication he needs and still has issues. If I call again to request at least medication and none are refilled then I'm going to have to seek other psychiatrists. As I don't feel there's any concern."

"I had my first appointment with Lisa today and she was fantastic! She went over my medical concerns and seemed genuinely that she was there to help me. She's not going to over prescribe for the sake of over prescribing. She also took the time to see in her database of what I was taking before and changed just a couple things that I too felt were appropriate! (It was an early morning and I couldn't recall everything correctly) I've seen a lot of psychiatrist my entire life and I had to leave my last one because they no longer accepted my insurance. The whole experience from making the appointment to the appointment today I was genuinely impressed and happy she took the time to make sure I got the appropriate dose. She's also very warm. Its my understanding they're accepting new patients and I highly recommend Lisa. Only had to wait a couple of weeks for my appointment."
