Reviews
"It appears based on the reviews for Sandra Schatz and Lincoln Behavioral Health that others experienced the same treatment from her as I have. Please report to the DHHS website for investigation. It is confidential. The more who report mistreatment, the more evidence they'll have against her. You are not alone."
"Worst Experience. If I was able to give this zero stars I would. My girlfriend went and saw Sandra and she was nothing but unprofessional and disrespectful. Right when my girlfriend walked in Sandra was already giving off an attitude. She cut my girlfriend off in the middle of her sentences, was smirking and laughing, asked the most basic symptoms almost everyone in the world could say yes to about adhd and bpd; doubted what she goes through and only had the session for 11 minutes when it was supposed to be an hour. That just says to me that she wanted to waste someone's time and take someone's money who is just trying to figure out why they do the things they do. In all honesty she is NOT A GREAT PERSON TO GO TO!!! If you're thinking of coming here...don't. They will take your money and give you more trauma. It's not worth your time."
"Bad experience! I went there to get some testing done with sandra, because of the stuff ive been struggling with my entire life i just wanted to be able and talk and express myself and couldnt do that. Everytime i tried i was cut off and didnt get a chance to finish my sentence i had a list of stuff of what i wanted to talk about and could only get briefly to two things without being shut down, she also refused to do testing for me, only on things i did not come for. Even though she did not get a chance to get to know me or hear me out on the things. I went through. She just judged me by me sitting there for the small time I had with her She also found it funny That too symptoms I had didn't match up or make sense, as if i was lying. She was very short and biased and did not want to hear me out or understand me, all i wanted was help. I just hope in the future, She treats her clients with respect and kindnessas as every human being deserves it."
"Unethical. If you need help and an accurate diagnosis, go elsewhere. Sandra Schatz bias colors the testing results. A good diagnostitian can step outside of their own bias and perform what is needed. From the time I entered the office, it didn't feel like a safe space, nor did Sandra Schatz. Instead of taking ownership for their own shortcomings, they shift blame onto others. The staff blamed Marsha Mcmann for calling me to set up appointments for the wrong reason. Or Marsha shifting blame to Sandra or "the powers that be" for the unlocked office space which Marsha fears anyone off the street can come in and take things. As well as the unlocked receptionist area I encountered when it was time to leave my confidential assessment. Not to mention their furniture which will change you and not in a good way. My husband had the exact same testing done elsewhere at the same time. It was more thorough, less expensive, and they actually listened to him. I received a trauma inducing behavioral test which still bothers me. I went elsewhere and instantly was able to recieve the correct screening without the traumatizing behavior test. If you are bringing your children, ask questions, use your judgement and your instincts as well as supervised meetings. For a place that is supposed to assist those with trauma, they're not very trauma informed. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human being during the testing process."
"I have had the pleasure of being a valued client of LBHC since 2019. Throughout my time with them, I have been consistently impressed by the exceptional level of care and support provided by their dedicated team. The impact they have had on my life cannot be overstated, as they have truly transformed it for the better. Without their compassionate and effective care, I can only imagine the uncertain path I might have taken. I am immensely grateful for their expertise and proven track record of success in delivering outstanding healthcare services. Thank you."
