"Went in for a drug test. Entry was easy. The staff was great! (Thanks Jonathan and Anya). I forgot my phone there and the staff kept it for me until I realized that I had forgotten it. They made some silly jokes when they gave it back. Fun, lighthearted atmosphere"

"I went there on my lunch hour. Got their first text for me to fill out information. Sat down and waited about 20 mins. Then one of the front desk girls asked me if I got the 2nd text. I told her no. So she gave me an I pad to fill out info. Then finally get back in the back get my urine sample taken. Then 2 people tried to give me a DOT physical, I had to tell each other the it was just a regular physical and then the computer software wasn't working correctly. Spend over an hour and a half there on my hour lunch. Would never go there if it was my choice. Unfortunately a lot of employers send you there."

"I like putting info on phone how ever selecting your birth year is a pain in the butt. Can't just put in you have to scroll 40+years to enter it. Very time consuming. But every thing else was great. My visit was 3 hrs long. Be great to speed up. Visit shouldn't take this long. But over all great people."

"Needed to return for an audiogram. Had been there a day prior. When I arrived it was quite busy. But the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I was able to get in and out in good time. It is a very busy place. But I will say the folks working there do their very best to keep it going as smooth as possible."
