"I love dunkin, but this one sucks. The employees act like they don’t want to be there and screw up my drink order every single time I’ve been there. Not to mention the horrible customer service, every time I go in the lobby all of the employees ignore me and I end up standing there for 10 minutes before someone bothers doing their job. I’ve been inside and seen the employees sitting around a table talking more than once"

"I tried the Peach Sunshine Sparked Energy and I didn't enjoy it that much. It was disappointing to have paid the $4ish for it. I ordered a drink online on the app, but when I went to pick it up in the drive through she informed me that they didn't have what I ordered. She offered me different options in place of what I ordered. I don't know exactly what I had, but it was delicious! A coconut/blue raspberry flavored drink!"

"Used to be a favorite go to before church. Today we were stuck in the drive thru for over an hour with cars behinds us. Took my kids in to need the bathroom multiple times. Person up front not taking orders. Drive thru not starting or greeting in the box until the window customer fully gone. I understand short staffed. But no management seems to be in sight to help this young staff. The only reason we attempted is because kids asked for it. It after waiting an hour hard to tell your kids sorry now I’m not getting a donut when you finally get to the box and no one in front of you and no assistance."

"Unfair to the employees and customers to have one person work the whole building by themselves during the busiest hours. Or management was nowhere to be seen. Anyway, the drink was gross tried to return but she was manning everything by herself, left my drink there, still hoping for a return."
