"I have gotten my windshield replaced here numerous times, have always enjoyed the speed, customer service, and price. However the last few times I have called, I can hardly understand the person who answers the call, they put me on hold to find the windshield I need and then come back to ask me completely irrelevant questions and when I ask how much the windshield is going to be he tells me he needs more time he's still looking after a 5 minute hold and continues to ask me irrelevant questions. Would have recommended them to anyone a few years ago but definitely will never be going back."

"Staff was very nice and friendly. Replacement of windshield was done in less time than expected but replacement windshield was a little different than the one that was in truck prior to replacement. The old windshield was tinted across the top four inches and the new windshield has no tint. Don’t know if it makes any difference or not."

"They did a great job on replacing the class on my window! The office staff were friendly and courteous. The only drawback was that I had made an appointment for noon and they called me in the morning to confirm but I didn't get the voicemail until later. I was told when I arrived I would have a 2-hour wait. I got there 10 minutes late, but still feel the wait was a little long. Overall though I would definitely have to say I would go there again. The price was perfect."

"I have a 2019 Ford Explorer I have brought my explorer to have the windshield replaced three years ago. I have had to have the pillars replaced by auto glass now five times they keep on flying off when I am driving my vehicle so they have flown off for a six time and they do not want to fix them. I took it to a Ford certified dealership and ask them why these pillars keep on flying off that auto glass now has put on my vehicle. They told me that they are just gluing on a piece and not repairing it properly. This is a safety issue for anybody that is behind me while I’m driving. They keep on ignoring my issue. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. I have contacted corporate for auto glass now, and they keep on ignoring my issue this pillars that were put on by auto glass now are put on incorrectly. They have flown off six times, and I sent them a bill. To have this issue corrected properly by the Ford dealership. If they do not fix this correctly, I am going to file a small claims. Against them this is not like one time they came off. This is six times. They have flown off and they just ignore me. It’s been ridiculous. I would not bring your vehicle to this place. They are doing things half way, and they do not care. That they are not doing it properly I would give them a one star I’d give them less if I could. And to have this problem fixed correctly is a $900 job according to the Ford dealership. This has been going on for three years. I just want my vehicle fixed correctly. I don’t just want it gluten halfway. This company will ignore you. They will not fix the problem correctly. Do not use this company. I would pay a little extra to have somebody fix it correctly."
