Interlock Company

"If you give them your card number and set up autopay on it, make sure you plan on setting up a dispute with your bank or cancel your credit card right after you pay your last monthly fee because they will keep billing you. Billing department doesn't answer any calls or respond back, they will keep charging your card for months after you had your interlock uninstalled and not provide any response back or process a refund. I was billed for my interlock 3 months in a row after having it uninstalled from my vehicle and their billing department never answered a single call, email, or text from me until I filed a dispute with my bank. There are much better companies to get an interlock from than this one. These people are thieves and I'm not talking about the kind gentleman that services the interlock in the shop. I'm talking about the people behind the scenes of this business. After pursuing a dispute with my bank, they contacted this business, there "billing department" which is one guy that never answers calls or responds back tried to only credit me back for 2 out of 3 months of billing me after my interlock was removed from vehicle. Thanks to Chase Bank they were able to get my 3rd month refunded to me and rightfully so."

"Horrible company!! I got my interlock taken off in June of 2016 and thought everything was fine when I paid them $54.00 to take it off. Now in Oct of 2016, I wake up this morning and I have a over draft of $192.00 out of my account by this company. I been trying to contact them all day in billing and no one will return my calls. Even my bank tried to reach out to them with the two numbers that they have listed and no one will answer there calls or return there calls. They over drafted my account with fees and lucky my bank is going to be taking those off. My bank is going to be going after them for this mess and if anyone ever wants to do business with them. Think about this, they will take your debt card information and bill you whenever they like. I never okay them to take anything out of my checking account. There are tons of other places in Omaha and probably have better business practices too. If i had enough money I would go after them for a day of lost wages. I had to take a day off of work with no pay because of this mess."

"If the one guy who works here is out on a service call - you're stuck waiting on him. Don't wait til the last day to recalibrate!! Otherwise when he is here he's nice and friendly and quick. Update: Been waiting for 2 hours and he hasn't shown up or answered the 4 phone calls I made. So now my I'll get locked out of my car and have to pay a $50 fee to fix it. FYI it's open til 6 not 5 and the service is 85 not 75 like it says on the website."

"I always get great customer service when I go for my monthly recalibration. When I first had to get the interlock I was super nervous, and embarrassed. When I went to interlock company I didn't feel as scared abouT what was next. He helped me answer any court related questions and also told me every thing I needed to know about reinstating my license. I continue to use interlock company to keep me ouT of trouble. I have also had 2 friends in similar situations who used Interlock Company and they also had great experiences."

"I thought it was a good company i was referred there, until he told me he would take the device out and waive the 50 removal fee when we just had it installed and paid the 70 upfront and then came to find out in a week i was not eligible for interlock permit because Iowa had a hold on my license... my account was charged 130 from his company- i called him he stated the woman in billing would have to fix that he also stated he never said that to me and all that it was redic, the lady in billing well she never called to reverse that and he never called me back either. what a joke , bad business."
