"If I could give this business of zero stars I would have. While building my home with our builder they used centurion stone for their stone contractor. This company has screwed up our fireplace and the front of our home due to their lack of experience lack of communication with their customers and just pure stupidity and ignorance. First my fireplace. We ordered a specific style of stone with color in the order form stated not to include any dark red stones. Well instead of calling us and telling us that they're not allowed to take out the red stones they installed it anyways and now refused to fix it. I have been in touch with the Better Business Bureau and I'm filing a claim against them. Second the front of my home looks black. We picked out the stone that they had an example of in their show room. So obviously we picked the example in the show room and expected that to be on our house, well that's not what we got. The first mistake was that the girl who ordered the stone didn't include that we wanted red accents. So they went and tried to add the red accent which made the mortar looks sloppy and unprofessional and our house still doesn't look like the example on the showroom floor. I will never recommend this company or go back there. They are aweful! The manager Rick is an idiot and won't even call me back."
