"Overall the experience was a great one. We came into Holyoke late but we maintained contact with the representative so that he could be there to see us in. The hotel is under remodel so I hope to stay there on a future visit to emphasize the cleanliness and comfort at that time. Cost plus convenience and the assistance from the rep made this visit great"

"While our accommodations were clean, the room decor is run down, not quaint. The door into the room was flimsy at best, security was questionable, though it was an inside hallway door. The entire property looks quite run down, very old furniture and carpeting."

"Stopped in after a hard day of bicycling and was greeted so cheerfully by the owner. It's an older place for sure but it has a ton of charm as a result. The room was spacious and clean. Our room had a wonderful cast iron tub. Would stay here again and highly recommend."

"As a professional traveler, needing a place to stay, the Burge Hotel was the perfect hotel and affordable. I stayed in the 2BR apt with a full kitchen, living room dining area and 2 beds in 1 room and 1 in the other. The rooms are quite spacious and the decor is charming. The owner is very hospitable and she accommodated me with special needs before I arrived. I definitely would stay here again and I would recommend to other travelers or families who need extra space or need an extended stay."
