"Stayed for two nights for work, was very happy with the updated rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and had a great restaurant recommendation. The only downside(a pretty major one) was that our truck was stolen from the parking lot in the middle of the night. This was no fault of the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and showed us the surveillance footage and cooperated with the police. Even given the circumstances, I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone in the beautiful town of Scottsbluff for business or pleasure."

"Overall the stay was really nice. Positives: Good sized rooms, most of the front desk staff was amazing, wide variety of breakfast options. A great positive that happened was we had to change rooms because of a dogs barking in a room near us. The front desk worker got us a room quickly and apologized for the disturbance even though it wasn’t his fault. 5 stars for him! Very accommodating. Negatives: No fan in the bathroom, paper thin doors, and the morning front desk staff member. When we woke up, we realized we may need a little extra time than 11 to check out. My husband went down to ask for a noon check out even though we probably only needed to 11:15. The last at the front desk was very rude to him. A man behind her (assuming a manager) stopped her and said of course they could accommodate us. We ended up leaving by 11:05 but her attitude needed checked. Like I said overall a really really nice stay. Just a couple tweaks that need changed."

"Overall, it was very nice. Pool, gym, breakfast. Washer and dryer were $1.25 each, which is reasonable, but you only get 25 minutes on the dryer. There is a small in-house shop where you can buy forgotten items such as laundry soap and dryer sheets. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower. The nozzle is very high. Hand soap and lotion are also provided. The bathroom has no fan. The TVs are nice and big, but do lack a sleep timer if that is important to you. Lots of outlets and ports. One strip on each side of the dresser and another between the beds in the double room. The microwave was on a lower shelf of the dresser if you have back problems. The room was very home like with art on the walls and multiple mirrors."

"For a one or two night stay, this place is really great. Unfortunately, we were placed here for almost a month, and there were some little things I was not impressed by. On a one day stay, there was no shampoo or conditioner. One day, in the middle of the day I was trying to take a shower and couldn't get hot water, when I called the front desk they told me they were replacing a water heater. I understand things like that need to be replaced but it should have been brought to my attention so I could have planned my shower at another time. Otherwise, staff was pretty nice, especially one of the cleaning staff who ended up cleaning the room while we were in there due to all employees going to a Christmas party when we had planned for them to be there cleaning. Some of the front desk staff not so much."
