"Update: The manager reached out and we discussed the incident over the phone.. Her workers could learn a thing or two from this manager! She has people skills and knows how to treat people with respect. Thank you so much. The front desk attendant(male) refused to give me a receipt for my corporate stay. He was rude and dismissive and has no place dealing with the customers. I'm not shure what his problem is but he is a terrible host! He is an angry little man."

"Rated two areas a 3 star rating as they had no luggage cart. All inside doors, long corridors and no luggage cart. Unheard of. If you don't want to carry all your luggage by hand then don't stay here."

"This hidden gem deserves 5 stars. The staff is amazing, pleasant and friendly. Rooms: Clean and Spacious (thank you housekeeping) Breakfast: It’s FREE and delicious Parking: plenty of parking for guest."

"If 0 stars were possible that would be the review. I have stayed at plenty of quality inns before but I can’t say enough how ridiculous this place is. Never have I ever heard of a place that refuses to check you out in the morning until the “boss” gets in a 8am. If you have any plans to ever stay in Scottsbluff STAY AWAY FROM HERE! The room keys deactivate every day at least once and the desk help at nights are absolutely atrocious. They are too busy making personal calls on their phones and watching YouTube to help anyone. Don’t even get me started on housekeeping. Had a stay booked for 5 nights due to a family member passing, they cleaned the room ONCE otherwise they would just add towels, if you didn’t have to go ask for them yourself. Consider yourself warned! I would never recommend this location to anyone ever again. SLEEP IN YOUR CAR OR ON THE SIDEWALK INSTEAD."

"We met my parents here as an almost halfway point between our house and theirs. Meagan, the manager, was very friendly, informative, and helpful with our reservation and making sure our rooms were ready. Our daughter had a mishap on the way, and we had to wash her carseat. They gave us detergent and dryer sheets to use in the guest laundry when we arrived. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was pretty quiet, as well. Breakfast was fresh, flavorful, and there was a good variety. The pool was clean and had a nice area for us to watch the kids play. We will definitely stay here again in the future when traveling between our home and my parents."
